The J-Gold PRP Facial is Javaani's signature regenerative facial treatment — performed exclusively by Dr Ahmad at our clinic in Hazlemere, High Wycombe. It is built on PRGF-ENDORET® technology from BTI Biotechnology Institute, Spain, the most clinically validated autologous platelet therapy system available, and goes significantly further than a standard "vampire facial."
Most clinics offering vampire facials apply basic PRP to the skin surface during microneedling — a worthwhile treatment, but one limited to dermal penetration via microchannels. Dr Ahmad's approach adds a critical second layer: targeted intradermal injections of thermally-activated PRGF into specific anatomical zones of concern — the tear trough, areas of acne scarring, pigmentation, perioral lines, and nasolabial folds.
This dual delivery means growth factors reach both the superficial dermis via microneedling channels and the mid-to-deep dermis via direct injection — a combination that activates fibroblasts, stimulates new collagen and elastin synthesis, improves vascular supply, and accelerates tissue repair at the precise locations where the patient's concerns are greatest. Nothing external is introduced — everything comes from your own blood.

Activation via BTI System
A small blood sample is processed using the BTI PRGF-ENDORET® centrifuge. The resulting plasma is rich in growth factors — PDGF, TGF-β, VEGF, EGF — and thermally activated where required to produce the bioactive gel phase for intradermal injection. Zero additives. Zero foreign substances.
15–20 minutesPrecision Zone Injections
Activated PRGF is injected intradermally — using a fine needle — directly into the tear trough to address hollowing and discolouration, into acne scar tissue to stimulate dermal remodelling, into pigmentation zones to normalise melanocyte activity, and into perioral lines. This step delivers growth factors to the mid-dermis where microneedling alone cannot reach.
15–20 minutesSurface Collagen Induction
PRGF is applied to the full face and worked in using a medical microneedling device. The microchannels created allow growth factors to penetrate the superficial dermis across the entire treatment area — stimulating widespread collagen and elastin production, improving skin texture, tone, and luminosity. The two techniques work synergistically.
20–25 minutesMinimal Downtime
Most patients return to work the same day or following morning. Mild redness and tightness are normal and resolve within 12–24 hours. Make-up is deferred for 24 hours. Results begin to appear within 2–3 days and continue improving as collagen regeneration occurs over the following 4–6 weeks.

Behind It
I developed the J-Gold PRP Facial protocol after years of performing standard PRP microneedling and recognising its limitations. Microneedling with PRP is an excellent treatment — but the growth factors are confined to the superficial channels the needles create. For patients with specific, localised concerns — a prominent tear trough, post-acne scarring, or stubborn pigmentation — surface application simply does not deliver growth factors where they are most needed.
The addition of targeted intradermal PRGF injections changes that equation completely. By directly injecting activated PRGF into the tear trough, I can stimulate tissue thickening and microvascular regeneration in the mid-dermis of that specific zone. By injecting into scar tissue, I trigger collagen remodelling from the base of the scar — something no surface treatment achieves. The BTI PRGF-ENDORET® system, to which Javaani has been an approved centre since 2018, gives me a preparation that is leukocyte-poor, anti-inflammatory, and significantly more growth-factor active than standard PRP kits.
This is a doctor-delivered treatment that requires precise anatomical knowledge. Understanding where to inject, at what depth, and in what volume — particularly around the delicate periorbital region — is not something that can be safely delegated to a non-medical practitioner.
